So, one of the biggest theatrical productions has finally arrived in Manchester, The Lion King. The musical production has been showing at The Palace Theatre since the end of November and due to the big sell out in tickets, they have recently announced extra dates, meaning our favourite Disney classic will be staying in Manchester until 20th April 2013.
The Lion King is by far one of the most talked about stage productions that has reached a worldwide phenomenon, in which over 65 million people have watched the show. The West End show is set around the enchanted African surroundings, filled with vibrant colours and stunning effects. The characters are certainly imaginative with their costumes, masks and puppets.
