Guess who’s coming to town?
Yup, we kid you not. After three long years of a Girls Aloud hiatus, they are back! And on tour to boot! The fierce five some kicked off their tour in Newcastle on the 21st of February and will be landing in Manchester tomorrow to headline at The Manchester Evening News Arena on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday night. That’s double the dose any other city is getting, aren’t we just a lucky bunch?
The girls will be performing all our favourite Girls Aloud tunes from over the years plus a cover version of Carly Rae Jepson’s ‘Call Me Maybe’.
Formed in an episode of Popstar: The Rivals back in 2002, our nations sweethearts went on to become one of the biggest selling pop girl bands since the infamous Spice Girls. The girls went on to record and release Sound of the Underground, bringing with it a sweet smell of success, Sound of the Underground stayed at the Number One spot for four weeks and reached platinum status online pharmacy to buy viagra some few months later.
