The Frog and Bucket is Manchester’s most prominent comedy club with the likes of comedians such as Peter Kay, Johnny Vegas and Sarah McMillan having once performed there. Each Monday night the club plays host to the notorious Beat the Frog night where an array of comedy newcomers try their material out, for five minutes, on an audience who have total power. Each newcomer’s victory or demise rests with the audience and the placards they use to define the comic’s fate. So, if you love to laugh and enjoy tiny binges of power trips this is your scene! And the best part is that it’s cheap, tickets at the door are just £3. Admission begins at 7pm.
